Dear Friend,

     The Brazoria County Drainage District may seem an obscure entity to many citizens.  As with many things, we often do not realize the impact of certain issues or entities until we have directly experienced negative circumstances as a result of them.  I, along with my fellow elected drainage commissioners, have been committed over the past three years in office, to bringing a level of professionalism and integrity to the drainage district that the citizens can trust and be proud of. Although we have strived to make decisions that will benefit our citizens, I realize that in any community there are as many different opinions on how things should be done as there are people. For this reason, I am confident that decisions have been made that our constituents may have questions about.  I would like to invite you to send your questions and comments to me, so that I may answer any of your concerns. 

     I hope that you will allow me the privilege of continuing to serve you in the capacity of drainage commissioner for Precinct 3.
